The Unofficial First Day of Off Season Training for LIfe and Lacrosse

Today is the official first day of fall and a great day to mark the beginning of your off season training regimen.

No, not Physcial Therapy like some of us, but steps you can take in your diet and workout schedule to better prepare yourself for life and lacrosse.
