Thanks to all who made practice this past Tuesday. And, special thanks to "Coach Feroce" for outlining the fast break, slow break and defensive clear drills. Let's see if we can put the practice into our game against this coming Tuesday against the Wakefield/Lexington Bald Eagles.
The key to success of any of these drills is playing smart, communicating and making a good pass. The best pass is the one that's successful. Keep up the great work playing together as a team.

Practice on Tuesday was useful for me for 3 reasons:
1) It showed what was looked for (and expected) in fast-break situations
2) There was more passing/catching on the run than I've gotten for quite a while. It showed me how far off my timing was
3) I got more game-style running in than what I normally get in games.
Thanks to the guys who coached and put in their time
